Why Work Here?
Real impact. Real ownership.

Precision

Measured, documented and traceable — or it does not ship. The same standard applies to how we work as to what we send out.

Accountability

If our equipment causes a client downtime, the cost is ours. Nobody here is asked to shift blame onto a client or a colleague.

Competence

We hire people who have done the work. Support comes from engineers who have operated the instruments, not from a script.

Straight Dealing

Every active rental comes with a named point of contact. One call resolves any issue — not a support ticket queue. The rate quoted is the rate invoiced. We expect the same directness internally as we offer commercially.

WHAT TO EXPECT

How We Hire

Five steps, usually completed within three weeks. We’ll tell you where you stand at every stage.
Application

Send a CV and a short note on why the role suits you. We read everything and reply to every applicant, including those we do not take forward.

First conversation

A call with the hiring manager, typically 30 to 45 minutes. Mostly about the work you have done and what you want to do next.

Technical discussion

A working conversation with a senior engineer or coordinator. We discuss real scenarios from the job rather than setting puzzles.

Meet the team

An informal visit to the base where the role sits, so you can see the facility and ask the people you would work with.

Offer

A written offer with the full package set out. We will answer any question about it directly.

Nothing That Fits Right Now?

Send a CV anyway. We keep applications on file and contact people directly when a role opens that matches what they do — particularly survey engineers and calibration technicians.
